I have been studying and practicing the healing arts for over 25 years.  I am a certified Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner, faculty member of the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program, Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui and Karuna lineages, yoga instructor in the Iyengar and Viniyoga traditions, and use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), breath work, energy psychology, prayer, and guided visualization in my work.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.  I delight in helping people experience greater joy and vitality through these teachings.
